三、增強(qiáng)自信心，是發(fā)展幼兒繪畫創(chuàng)造力的重要保證

　　繪畫活動(dòng)是孩子非常喜歡并且易于接受的，繪畫是孩子用來表情達(dá)意的視覺語言，加強(qiáng)幼兒繪畫自信心的培養(yǎng)有利于幼兒通過繪畫把自己腦海中的意象、心情和對周圍事物的認(rèn)識表達(dá)出來，創(chuàng)造一個(gè)屬于幼兒自己的世界。

　　孩子平時(shí)看到別人寫字、畫畫時(shí)，常常也喜歡模仿，用筆在紙上涂涂畫畫。事實(shí)上，這是他們與別人溝通的一種方式，讓別人了解自己。而他們的這種舉動(dòng)得不到成人們的肯定，認(rèn)為是"亂畫"，因此得到的結(jié)果是責(zé)備。但孩子在幼兒園里，老師應(yīng)該正視孩子的"亂畫"行為，引導(dǎo)他們，給他們自信和力量，才能激發(fā)幼兒的繪畫興趣。那么如何正確引導(dǎo)孩子的 "亂畫"行為呢？可以以游戲的方式引導(dǎo)幼兒開展畫線比賽，看誰畫得多，啟發(fā)他們畫出各種形狀的線或點(diǎn)，在幼兒中開展豐富的"線條游戲"，幼兒不知不覺地就會對線條產(chǎn)生興趣。這種用線條亂畫的行為是孩子與生俱來的本能，是孩子涂鴉時(shí)期最顯著的特征。教師對幼兒亂畫行為的贊許，是對幼兒能力的肯定，從而幫助幼兒樹立了自信心，營造了良好的學(xué)習(xí)心境，這將是孩子走向繪畫成功的第一步。

　　成果展評是美術(shù)活動(dòng)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)，是幼兒提高認(rèn)識的過程，是培養(yǎng)他們審美能力的過程，更是幼兒體驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新樂趣的過程。在教學(xué)中讓幼兒參與評價(jià)，讓他們評價(jià)同伴的作品以及自己的作品，觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)自己創(chuàng)作成功與失敗的原因，是幼兒美術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)過程中不可缺少的成長階段，對美術(shù)活動(dòng)的價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的評價(jià)是一種"以評價(jià)促發(fā)展"的方法，讓孩子成就激勵(lì)，收獲成功，獲取知識。如在線描畫教學(xué)中，我總有這樣的環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)：引導(dǎo)幼兒相互交流自己的作品，說說自己想要表現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容是什么，哪些地方已經(jīng)表現(xiàn)出來了，還有什么地方?jīng)]有表現(xiàn)出來或是表現(xiàn)得不太好；交流同伴的作品時(shí)，首先讓幼兒說說有什么值得學(xué)習(xí)的地方，自己有什么補(bǔ)充意見。長期堅(jiān)持下來，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我班幼兒學(xué)會了評價(jià)自己，審視別人，能體驗(yàn)到藝術(shù)所帶來的自我滿足感。而且，評價(jià)本身就是完整的學(xué)習(xí)過程的一個(gè)重要組成部分，學(xué)會評價(jià)有助于幼兒根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況，更好地完成美術(shù)活動(dòng)的任務(wù)，從而增強(qiáng)幼兒學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性，提高他們美術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)的能力，真正促進(jìn)其在原有水平上的發(fā)展。
